Hello all-

Any of you lease your golf courses to a private company to manage? Can you please let me know your thoughts on appropriate insuirance coverage. Thanxs

Chico leases it's golf course to a private non-profit, we require GL at $1/$2 million plus property/fire insurance at 100% RC. Let me know if need any more details.
