This is an occurrence based risk retention program which utilizes some commercial reinsurance. It provides $40 Million in coverage to the participants. The coverage is subject to a retained limit of either $750,000, $1 Million, $1.25 Million or $1.5 Million.  Member contributions are based on payroll. The rate is established annually through an actuarial study. Participation in this program is mandatory.
