This program involves the group purchase of commercial insurance. It provides $400 Million in coverage to the participants. The coverage is subject to a deductible of $250,000. Premiums are based on property values. The rate is negotiated each program year. In addition, the program also provides participants with ancillary coverage for cyber, pollution, deadly weapon, and boiler & machinery.

Participation in this program is voluntary.
