This session will provide a general overview of the California Joint Powers Risk Management Authority. The program is intended for CJPRMA Member Agencies, their designated Board Members, Alternates and any other staff members who work with liability claims, insurance, or other risk management programs. The training will include CJPRMA’s history and organization, a discussion of coverage programs, the claims process, and the services available to CJPRMA Members.
